This cupcake is one of our favorites! It's like a "mounds"
candy bar but 1000x better!! If you like more cake and less frosting
you'll love this cupcake too. We bake a ton of sweet coconut and deep dark chocolate chips into our
deliciously moist and rich Bangerang chocolate cake, then drop a hefty
scoop of thick, gorgeous chocolate ganache on top surrounded by a swirl coconut cream
cheese buttercream! Every time you eat one you'll feel like you've died
and gone to some sort of chocolate/coconut tropical cabana in the sky!
